Our Gold Wine Package offers the following wine selection:

SPARKLING WINE
Classic Sparkling Shiraz: A sparkling red with rich deep colour, juicy fruit aromas, pleasant blackberry juice flavours with a hint of Shiraz spiciness on the mildly sweet palate.

Southern States Sparkling Rosé: Rose-pink in colour, with a soft luscious palate of intense exotic fruit and mild sweetness, balanced by crisp acidity. Made from predominantly Frontignac and Colombard, with some Pinot Noir adding the rosy-pink colour.

Premium Sparkling Moscato: This sweet sparkling white wine is made from 100% Moscato. (The Moscato grape is also known as Frontignac by the French.). It has beautiful floral perfumed aromas, and a deliciously sweet palate!

WHITE WINE
Barossa Valley 2010 Chardonnay: Light gold colour; stone fruit, ripe melon and soft oak aromas; a creamy palate of abundant tropical fruit, toasty hints, and a long soft finish.

Hunter Valley 2011 Chardonnay: Pleasant stone fruit aromas are followed by a full-flavoured palate of intense fruit balanced by complex oak characters on the off-dry finish.

Hunter Valley 2011 Sauvignon Blanc: This refreshing white wine has vibrant aromas of ripe fruit, an abundance of fresh tropical flavours balanced with a crisp dry finish.

Margaret River 2010 Sauvignon Blanc: Has a little Semillon blended to add character and depth of flavour. It has delightful fresh ripe fruity aromas and flavours and a zesty crisp dry finish.

Marlborough NZ 2011 Sauvignon Blanc: A typical Marlborough Sav Blanc: a superb blend of fresh cut grass and lush tropical fruit. It has subtle berry flavours, balanced by a crisp dry finish.

Mornington Peninsula 2010 Premium Chardonnay: Made from fruit sourced mainly from Red Hill, Mornington Peninsula. Delicate perfumed aromas with hints of fresh fruit and light oak, a lingering palate, full flavours and gentle well-blended nutty oak. An elegant well-balanced wine.

Moscato Frizzante: Pale golden colour, with crushed grapes, musk and melon aromas. Vibrant fruity and floral flavours: sweet but not syrupy, and lightly sparkling.

RED WINE
Barossa Valley 2011 Merlot: Vibrant red fruity aromas, sweet plums and hints of licorice and mint backed up with soft tannins make for a smooth lingering finish.

Barossa Valley 2009 Shiraz: A superb Barossa Shiraz - deep red-purple in colour, with abundant flavours of ripe berry fruit and spice, and lingering mouthfilling tannins.

Coonawarra 2010 Cabernet Sauvignon: Coonawarra's rich limestone soils give body and structure to its Cabernet. Typical deep colour, ripe flavours, well-handled oak and a smooth finish.

Geelong 2010 Pinot Noir: A refined and delicate style of Pinot Noir, with fantastic aromas of spice & pepper. Luscious flavours of plum and berries blend with lightly-handled French oak - evident but not overdone - and a lovely smooth finish.

Hunter Valley 2009 Cabernet Sauvignon: Brilliant brick-red in colour, with pleasant savoury leather, mulberry and oak aromas, a warm mouthfilling palate of ripe berry balanced by fine lingering tannins and some mild acidity.

Hunter Valley 2010 Shiraz: Dark red in colour, this Shiraz has mild oak aromas which are followed by concentrated berry fruit and soft tannins. The Hunter Valley 2007 Shiraz offers a savoury style with a good balance of fruit and texture.

Margaret River 2010 Cabernet Merlot: A classic red blend: sweet upfront fruit flavours from the Merlot blend beautifully with the full-bodied texture and dry finish of the Cabernet.

FORTIFIED WINE
Reynella Tawny Port: The Reynella Tawney Port has been matured for 5 years and is made from a blend of top quality grapes from Reynella in South Australia. This Tawny Port is a rich, luscious drop to be enjoyed after dinner.
