Our Platinum Wine Package offers the following wine selection;

SPARKLING WINE
King Valley Brut Pinot Noir: Made by a small family run winery, the King Valley Brut Pinot Noir is made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes as is used to make French Champagne. It has a luscious creamy palate with biscuity aromas.

Premium Sparkling Shiraz: Fruit from several regions in South Australia was fully ripened to get the rich full flavours you expect in a Sparkling Shiraz. This wine has a deep colour, with great Shiraz spicy flavours, and soft tannins.

WHITE WINE
Adelaide Hills 2011 Premium Sauvignon Blanc: This delightful Sauvignon Blanc has typical fresh citrus fruit aromas, great tropical fruit and herbaceous flavours with a fresh, vibrant and cleansing finish. (TEMP OUT OF STOCK)

Barossa Valley 2009 Riesling: Full of ripe, zesty fruit aromas, which follow through onto the palate with fresh lime flavours and tangy acidity, and a crisp dry finish.

Barossa Valley 2011 Sauvignon Blanc: Elegant, crisp, dry and gorgeous! This wine has ripe passionfruit aromas combined with elegant grassy fruit flavours and a crisp dry finish.

Hunter Valley 2010 Reserve Chardonnay: A classic Hunter Chardonnay, displaying fresh fruit aromas, and a palate of well-handled oak, a hint of creaminess and a smooth lingering finish.

Margaret River 2008 Chardonnay:
Mid-straw in colour, with aromas of peach, cream, butterscotch, vanilla and French oak. The lingering palate has predominating concentrated fruit flavours, with some riper citrus notes, a creamy structure, with fresh acidity and perfect oak integration.

RED WINE
Adelaide Hills 2010 Pinot Noir: A Pinot from South Australia’s renowned Pinot Noir region, this wine delivers a soft, generous flavour with cherry and strawberry aromas. This Pinot Noir will delight you with its complex earthy undertones, rich sweet fruit and subtle savoury oak which support the smooth tannins.

Clare Valley 2009 Merlot: Rich ripe red in colour, with intense dark fruit aromas with hints of cinnamon and oak. The palate has ripe sweet fruit with luscious savoury overtones, rich full-bodied flavours, and a full lingering but soft finish so typical of Merlot.

Clare Valley 2010 Shiraz: Sourced from 40+ year-old vineyards, hand-picked grapes were cold-soaked with a little old French oak to intensify flavours. It has dense dark berry aromas with some cranberry and soft oak. The classic Clare Shiraz palate has hints of  mint, pepper and spice, rich dark fruit characters and mouthfilling silky tannins.

Coonawarra 2009 Cabernet Merlot: Deep red in colour with a purple tinge. It opens with aromas of blackberry, violets and herbaceous hints.The palate blends typical Coonawarra Cabernet, with flavours of blackcurrant, plum and blackberry, complemented by the lush texture of soft Merlot, with hints of violet, plum and chocolate. A well-structured wine, with a soft smooth lingering finish and firm tannins.

McLaren Vale 2010 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon: Bright in colour with ripe fruit aromas, the McLaren Vale Shiraz encompasses sweet berry flavours on the palate followed by a dry finish and well handled oak.

McLaren Vale 2010 Reserve Shiraz: With its ruby red colour, this Shiraz is intense with fruit filled aromas. The mouth filling palate has generous berry flavours, sweet oak tannins and a smooth finish.

FORTIFIED WINES

Reserve Port (slim 375ml 'Italian' half bottle): Made from a blend of Shiraz and Grenache grapes. Fresh berry fruit flavours with a hint of oak. Great with blue cheese. 375ml (slim 'Italian' half bottle)

Reserve Tokay (slim 375ml 'Italian' half bottle): This Tokay is blended from wines of varying ages and from different regions of Victoria, with the largest portion from the Rutherglen area. It is an elegant style with hints of caramel, malt and honey and is smooth and mellow. 375ml (slim 'Italian' half bottle)

18 Year Old South Australian Tawny Port (slim375ml 'Italian' half bottle): A Rare Australian Tawny Port, crafted from select parcels of McLaren Vale Shiraz and Grenache. It opens with aromas of aged raisin, nuts, chocolate, complex citrus rind, bold spice and subtle oak nuances, plus an aromatic premium aged brandy lift. The palate of aged nutty fruit spices, brandied cherry and chocolate is balanced by soft smooth and lingering aged tannins.

Rutherglen Fine Old Muscat (slim 375ml 'Italian' half bottle): Robert Parker awarded this exceptional fortified wine 96 points. It has won 3 trophies (the Decanter Award in London, 4 Gold, 2 Silver and too many Bronze medals to count). The wines in this blend were matured for over 10 years in old oak hogsheads, creating a rich luscious style with hints of toffee, molasses, honey, raisins, and roasted nuts, and a lingering finish.
